Common Questions
Do you accept insurance?
No. We're a cash-pay clinic, and that's by design. Insurance-based care limits visit times, restricts testing, and takes treatment decisions out of your provider's hands. Our model means longer visits, better labs, and access to therapies insurance won't cover. We accept HSA and FSA payments.
What's the minimum commitment?
Foundation and Optimize packages require a 3-month minimum. Transform requires 6 months. Metabolic health changes take time — these minimums ensure we have enough runway to see real results together.
What does "prescription management" include?
For Optimize and Transform members, we coordinate with licensed prescribers to evaluate and manage prescriptions when clinically appropriate. This includes the clinical evaluation, prescription coordination, and ongoing monitoring. Medication costs are separate and vary by compound.
How do peptide and hormone therapy add-ons work?
After your metabolic assessment, if peptides or hormone therapy are clinically appropriate, we add them to your plan. A licensed prescriber evaluates and writes the prescription. Medications are fulfilled through a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to you. The add-on price covers the medication and our clinical management.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. All of our services are eligible for HSA and FSA payments. We provide itemized receipts that you can submit for reimbursement if needed.
What if I want to start with Foundation and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many patients start with Foundation to get their baseline and then upgrade to Optimize once they see the value of CGM data and more frequent sessions. You can change tiers at any monthly renewal.
Is the onboarding fee separate from my monthly membership?
Yes. The $395 onboarding assessment is a one-time fee that covers your comprehensive intake, baseline labs, and initial CGM sensor (for Optimize and Transform). Your monthly membership starts after onboarding is complete.
